Portabiles HCT selected for “Start-up meets Pharma” program by EIT Health

Another application for an EIT Health Program has been  successful! As part of the "Start-ups meet Pharma Program", Portabiles HCT will develop innovative care concepts ("beyond the pill") for chronic patients together with European pharmaceutical companies.
